Copper Common is a 21+ only bar in Salt Lake City. Copper Common is owned and operated by Ryan Lowder, the same name behind Copper Onion, The Daily and the now departed Copper Kicthen and Plum Alley.
The bar first opened in 2014 supplanting the much loved Plum Alley; a glorious accident of a restaurant that never was meant to be. You can read the full story on how the bar came to be, and its evolution over time in this article.

The bar features an all natural wine list as well as one of the best craft cocktail programs in Utah. Several of the talented staff work at a number of the best bars in town. Copper Common also offers a grown ups bar menu, built around smaller plates, and international inspiration. See the menu on our sister site SLC menu here.
