The butcher shop only sources humanely and pasture-raised animals; moreover those that are never treated with antibiotics or hormones, and never fed GMOs. Beltex also seek out small lesser-known, and heritage breeds, like Berkshire pig and Wagyu beef.

As well as tremendous cuts of beef, chicken, pork and more – Beltex also craft a nationally recognized array of charcuterie that wins awards year in, year out.

Bingham’s Custom Meats | Morgan

Nathan Bingham grew up in a small town in Northern Utah where he gained a love for the outdoors and hard work. He grew an interest in meat processing while in High School and found a passion once he graduated. In 2011 Bingham’s Custom Meats was established in Morgan, UT.
The business is focused on family, community and quality products.

Along with family at his side Nathan has been able to realize his dream of owning a successful business and finds joy in working hard and seeing results at the end of a long day. The constant attention to detail and the customization and efficient processing are what makes the business flow and function so well. Everything that Nathan does has the end result in mind, the customer’s satisfaction.

Centerville Meats | Centerville

From company website – Our three key employees, Mark, Jeremy & Mike have over 32 years in the meat and food business. In addition to the meat business, they’ve spent another 39 years serving northern Utah friends in other successful Utah businesses. Our goal is to deliver the best possible products at a reasonable, competitive price, and to give outstanding, friendly service.

Our first 8 years we were known as Don’s Meats Centerville, but we recently changed our name to Centerville Meats. We have the same owners, staff and products that we’ve had for the last 8 years; but since some of our customers occasionally confused us with the other Don’s Meats stores, we decided to change the name. We are constantly looking for ways to improve the service and products we deliver, and we felt like the name change is another small way to do that.

Chop Shop | Park City

From company website – After visiting a butcher shop and tasting room in Northern California together, Chuck and Dan and his wife Courtnay, decided they wanted nothing more than to bring their dream of a true European Style deli and butcher shop to the mountains of Park City.

Chef John was looped in for his expertise and interest in delivering something unique to the area and Chop Shop was born. Chop Shop offers up the idea that good things happen over a shared experience between friends and family – it is how the concept came to be, and is at the core of the experience the moment you walk in the shop.

From there the family has moved from Coos Bay Oregon to Southern California, where we had independent butcher shops for sixty years. In 1981 the family moved from Southern California to Ogden Utah and opened Snider Family Meats. Not long after, in 1992, we opened Snider Bros. Meats in Salt Lake City, Utah.
