Hi Charlie. I’ve heard a rumor that Mint Sushi is coming to this space. Not confirmed formally as far as I know yet though.

I realize the industry was in tough times but all the other Holladay restaurants were able to survive and now thrive in Holladay. We ordered to go many times during the pandemic even though the menu items were limited and try to support Copper Kitchen in hopes it would reopen. Somehow feel a little betrayed, along with many other Holladay residents. Hopefully some other restaurant can reopen in the space
