Koyote – counter and back booths (Gastronomic SLC)
Koyote is a Japanese restaurant located in the Marmalade area of Salt Lake City. The restaurant opened in January 2024 and instantly became one of the hottest tickets in town; lines out of the door formed in their first full week of service.
The restaurant is the work of Hiro Tagai (formerly Sapa, Happy Sumo) and Felipe Oliveira (Per Noi, Valter Nassi). Between them, the two run the back and front of house respectively.
